baxter christmas antlers

It’s been a busy few weeks since I last spoke to you all. I have been supervising all of the preparations for Manleigh Park Christmas. There are twinkling lights everywhere and the park is looking very festive for our visitors.

I have my antlers and my Christmas jumper and think I look quite fetching. Queenie and Jean have their antlers too, but Harriet is favouring the Santa Hat. The only thing I am not enjoying is the arrival of a very strange looking creature who is a bit smaller than me and is wearing a festive hat with a bell on. It appeared without me noticing even though I have told the humans that I hate things being moved or new things arriving in my home but still this thing has arrived. I have stalked it for about 3 hours but am a little afraid to get too close as you just never know! So far it has just sat and stared at me but whenever I walk away it rings that stupid little bell and I just have to defend everyone from its aggression, barking and howling usually does the trick.  But the humans get a bit fed up with me.
There is still no sign of the shepherd or their sheep so I will keep you posted on that.
On behalf of my humans, Queenie, Jean, Harriet and I would like to wish you a very Happy Christmas and can’t wait to meet you all in 2018.
